As the coronavirus surges in the United States, many Americans were faced with a choice over Thanksgiving week: Do I change the way I celebrate the holidays?
November isn’t even over, and the country has already seen more new Covid-19 cases this month than in any other month of the pandemic. More than 3 million new cases were reported between November 1 and 22, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.
Health officials have been urging the public to avoid travel and large family gatherings that could spread the virus.
